Can you do a special design/flavour for my order?
Yes! We can create bespoke cakes tailored specifically to your theme/event. Just let us know what you have in mind via the order form, or by giving us a call, and we will be happy to create something with you.
How can I place an order with you?
You can place an order by filling in the contact form, emailing us directly or by giving us a call to discuss the details over the phone. All contact info is on our contact page. We then confirm the details and the amount due, and payments can be made via bank transfer or by cash. Please note that orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
How quickly can you prepare my order?
It really does depend on how busy we are so please do get in touch as soon as possible! Depending on our schedule, we may be able to squeeze you in quickly. Let us know as soon as, as we would hate to disappoint!.
Can you deliver my order?
Yes! Please see our delivery tariff guide for more details. We cannot always specify a time but we will give you a courtesy text/call when we are close by. We are based in leeds so if you are based further afield, please contact us to discuss a delivery charge based on your location.
Do your cakes contain nuts/other allergens?
All of our regular cakes contain gluten, eggs, and milk. Some of our cakes do contain nuts, but this will be outlined in the menu. We can make cakes nut free and we will do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but nuts are still used regularly in our kitchen and therefore all of our products may contain traces of nuts. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss allergies further.​
Can you make vegan/gluten-free cakes?
We don't currently make vegan cakes, but we can offer gluten-free cakes on request. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We will try our best to accomodate last minute changes, but we need to know as soon as possible. We cannot always guaranteed changes can be made, as this could affect other orders/time schedules. 
How do I pay for my order?
We require a 50% deposit via cash/bank transfer/card payment to confirm your order and secure your chosen date. The remaining balance will be due on collection/delivery for regular cakes and 2 weeks before the delivery date for wedding cakes. You can also choose to pay in full when placing your order if that suits you better. Please note that when paying the remaining balance this must be paid at the time of receipt of goods or prior to this time. We cannot accept any payments after goods have been received.
How many cupcake flavours can I order?
A minimum of 6 cupcakes or 12 mini cupcakes can be ordered per flavour.
How long will my cakes stay fresh?
As our bakes are made fresh to order, we recommend eating them on the same day you receive them. However, our cakes will last up to 2-3 days in their box, or 3-4 days in an airtight container. Always keep our cakes at room temperature and don't store in the fridge unless otherwise specified. This tends to dry the cake out!
